Comcast Blocking SmugMug Emails
There's an issue with SmugMug email to Comcast addresses.

We're very sorry, if you send mail to us at our help desk, from your Comcast account, we get it alright but our reply back to you is blocked by them.

We'll fix it!

I am a Comcast customer but I never use my email there. I have been testing and this does appear to be Comcast blocking. The emails are not even making it into the Spam folder. I had to turn on my Spam folder to even see that the messages were not there.

You've said SmugMug has had this problem in the past with Comcast. Have they ever explained how SmugMug got blacklisted? One man's newsletter or product announcement is another man's spam - is it possible that if a handful of people report Smug emails as spam that they just throw you on the blacklist?

This problem is likely NOT Comcast's. We're working on some things with them right now.

    Comcast e-mail arrives
All of the test e-mails I sent to my wife's Comcast account arrived this late afternoon.

    Thanks...Andy...for attending to this.

We are a Comcast internet customer. I abandoned their e-mail for G-mail some time ago, but my wife and many of our friends still use it. Until just this year they (used to be Time Warner RoadRunner) were the only high speed internet option available in our neighborhood.
