Again, inspired by the work of Tom Kaszuba, I was out and about recently and had the opportunity to use the ND-110 filter.
These two shots are at Whitley Bay, NE England.
I've gone for a surrealistic look on the first shot and then the second one cried out for B/W.

Definitely worthy of being hung on the wall for sure :ivar
Can't decide if I like one over the other, cause I like both.
Tom is indeed a great inspiration, you've done a great job with these.

Beautifully done, I really like all the color and details in the first one, but like the "Moodiness" of the B&W.
I think Tom has inspired a lot of us with his beautiful long exposure work, you've done him proud with these two!!
Very nicely done!!!

In post pro, I added 50% clarity in Lightroom. There wasn't any requirement to alter anything else. In CS3, I sharpened up the foreground and reduced some noise in the sky. Adjust saturation and exposure a little.
Similar work with the B/W version this time using the gradient map to achieve the tones I wanted in the foreground. Used a bit of burn on the sky to bring out a bit more detail in the clouds.
