Logged in, I see it. Logged out, and it is gone.

I created a new gallery and added one photo. When I'm logged in I can see it, but when I log out it says "This is a new gallery with no photos"

I looked at the customization and it seems to be as it should, so I'm stumped.

    You have 'hide photo' checked.
