Hi! I'm Martín, and my ashtry have disspaeared and the smoke is going through my nose. Not pleasent. Ah, it was in the coach... Never put it there, since I'm 16 hours in front of my monitor working as professional retoucher. But, lately, I've delegate a bit of work to my girlfriend, so I'm back to my lovely life of making art and studying all about digital 
My brain get stuck when doing automated task, like working, so I'm getting in shape again ^^

I'm very happy 'cause here, people here knows a lot. People here talks in the propper languaje and with objectivity, as it must be, when talking about technical topics. People here takes enough time to reply questions. I love it. And I do the same.
I'm here and I'm happy.
I have been inquiring about all the stuff related with calibration, color gammuts, profiles, spaces, etc...
I have learnt how important is the paper used for print and that papers gammut is measurable.
I have learnt WHY CMYK is smaller than RGB, 'cause reality is all about reflections of the light, at the end.
Now I know why monitors are getting more and more gamut. Now I know there are monitors capables of show Adobe RGB 1998! I didn't know that. Now I know that printers sucks a lot, and not only inks!
Now I know Film works by darkening the silver halide as light gets posing on it. It's all about smooth opacities and densities while digital just count pixels.
I know some company is doing silicon sensors for digital.
I know about HDR inks!
I know about Iris Printer and it's 100% 300DPI prints in the whole tonal gamut.
I know how to trick Lightroom Curves!
I know much more than before entering here.
I feel confortable here. Thanks to you people.
Believe me. I have been inside lot of forums about digital, since I'm Internet rat =D And only one person, in an spanish forum, have replied me with the exact words in all those forums where I was wasting my time.
Now I'm here, and I'm happy.
I have read lot of times the words "Tone Mapping", but not related to HDRi, but to colors and profiles. Now I know what's that!
