My first digital camera has now become a hand me down.
Kat (my wife) is who it now belongs too, but it seems to keep disappearing.
It will usually disappear until the batteries are dead... Not because it's lost, but because we have a Lil' photographer in the house.

She is very photogenic, and can compose a shot well, even if playing it up for a one handed self portrait.

Subjects play up well to little people. They even endured about 30 minutes of posing. (I blurred the subjects to stay on their good side) ;)

Today I decided to trade her camera's for a little while.
I only showed her the eye piece and how to hold it with both hands.
She would switch from landscape to portrait on her own without instruction.

Hi Troy, I think it's wonderful to teach children photography.
Makayela does a very good job for a little girl with such a big camera :D

I love the shot you have taken of her in Picture #2
Wish someone had of taught me when I was young.

    Keep encouraging her Troy clap.gif
Thanks for sharing, lovely series thumb.gif ... Skippy :D

Thank You for the kind comments everyone. As she progresses I'll post more photos. ;)

In the second pic it shows how serious she is. She had put the camera on the floor, moved each person where she wanted them, instructed them at what to do, then took about 3 shots to make sure she got a good one. ;) After this photo she moved everyone in front of the Christmas tree.

Maybe I can catch some video next time.
