Worried about 20x30 order...

I have a client who wants to order a 20x30 Lustre of this photo:



I have never printed any of my images that large, and I am very worried about how this one in particular will turn out.
Is there anything that do I need to do with this image before printing (sharpening, etc.), or do you think it will be alright the way it is?

Also, I am going to have it printed with no crop. By choosing this option and leaving the white lines at the top and bottom of the image, will this photo actually be a 20x24? If it is, I think I will go with a 20x24 instead since it requires no crop and is a few dollars cheaper.
