Has anyone used the Colorright white balance tool? It looks good but don't they all in an ad? Thanks!

    Sorry never used that, but it appears similar to Expo disk.

    To be perfectly honest, the results (IMHO), and the operation are identical using these:

    some poking around for perfect WB in camera is not that hard imho..I always fine tune in PP anyway. Do not really see any use of this?..

    It works for sure, but its more fuzz to set it up on scene then afterwards imo.

    actually, i own one, i have used the expo disc also and they do identically the same thing. the white balance always comes out perfect with it. actually luv iloveyou.gif the thing honestly. its priceless when taking pics indoors under any lighting conditions.

    is it easier than just a grey card? I haven't had much luck with custom white balancing. Especially when I shoot school functions in a gym. Everything is yellow.

    i think so, fit right over your lense, point it at area lighting snap pic and use pic for custom WB. simple thumb.gif
