Protection Question

Hi,

I'm brand new to smugmug, and am having a great time setting up my new site.

I have a question concerning the gallery protection. I setup a gallery custom layout that had gallery protection turned on with a password. I then applied that to all of my galleries.

They are all protected and require a login, however on some of them the thumbnail is showing, and on some of them a password protection images is showing. See attached.

What have I done differently, and how do I get the password protection image on all galleries? I want to be able to do things in batch if possible.

You will have to go to the photo in each gallery that shows a thumb and
unfeature it under the tools menu.
