I moved this to Finishing School because it sounds like you want help correcting a problem you caused.
You can correct this problem yourself with a combination of time and patience using PhotoShop and the Clone tool. It will take a lot of time and hopefully you will understand the importance of watching the background instead of "fixing it in post".
If you don't have PhotoShop The GIMP freeware has a similar tool.
