Package pricing and album question

I am new to smugmug, but not to photography. I have been working most of the past few days on my site to get it up and ready. I have been working on my pricing, but had two questions:
1. Is there a way to create package pricing? I have set my pricing for individual prints, but wanted to also put together package prices. I have been looking through the help section, but haven't found any ideas.
2. How do the photo books work. There are two options for photo books. Is this something that the customer puts together or do they choose the phots and I put it together, buy it, pay for it and then they pay me?

Books are done by you, not clients. We'll have them for clients one day, too.

This is not a 'cure-all' but it is a work around.
Have you tried printing a number of different size images on a single large (poster?) sheet and offering that "single image" as a package?
