The Mt Baker Ski Area, that is.

For me, this is the official start of winter- the first day on the slopes. After getting re-acquainted with the muscle groups that don't get used during the summer months, I broke out the camera. Although I didn't set out to do this, my best photos turned out to be more in the abstract or intimate landscape category.

Bet it was super to finally hit the slopes! Nice shots and thanks for sharing. I think some of the best pizza I ever had was at that 'north shire something' (?) brew pub out there past the north fork Nooksack. And some nice muffins mwink.gif at the Wake and Bake(ry) in Glacier.thumb.gif

Thanks. The place you're thinking of is the North Fork Brewery just west of the Kendall junction with the Mount Bakery Highway. I've only been there once myself but you're right- fabulous pizza!
