    Read-only?
I am also in the trial and WAS about to pay. I uploaded about 15 galleries and a thousand or so pics that I WAS gunna show tonight at a family NYE gathering, but of course this is when the service goes down :(

My noobie question deals with whether I can access my pages in "read-only" if I set all the galleries to unlisted? I'm sure I CAN but I have no idea what the URLs are and cant access my site to find out. I emailed support about 2 hrs ago, but havent heard back yet.

    Thanks if anyone can help

Hi Mike, we don't see an email from you (from the email addy on file) at our help desk - we're open and answering mails all day, about 10mins response time....

The answer is, yes, if you know the address. No, if you don't. But we're up now so go for it :D

I think it's back up fully functional.

And smugmug, is as reliable as death. First time I've tried to log in and couldn't, and I've had them for half a year already. But all of my photos, that were listed, were still available.

Yes it's fixed. What happens exactly to your upload? What browser, and do you get any error messages? Are you on your home network? Anything new with your setup?

No error message, I"m using safari on a new macbook pro, I'm on my wireless network but thats not the problem since im able to write here. Maybe I'll try firefox. by the way what is the best way to upload a file full of photos Ive uploaded 17 gig with the drag drop, am I in a bad rut?

It just freezes usually on the checking your photo part at the end of each photo.

Also it wont let me cancel the upload.

Any updates to this? Slideshow seems to be working, etc but I've been waiting to do any uploads or customization till further notice.
