My first PIF (predator in flight)

It's been a year since we went traveling in Argentina, and only now I'm finishing up all the processing...
Here's one from Laguna Nimez in El Calafate. I leave the id :scratch for all you experts out there.

    I would love to travel to Argentina one day. I like the image. It has strong eye contact and the plumage coloration is very nice. It looks like a cousin to the Northern Harrier of N. America. I'm not sure.

    Just flat out beautiful! Looks like a Cinereous Harrier ... did some googling using "laguna nimez harrier" and found some images that looked like yours. But, I frequently get bird ids wrong so take that with a grain of salt :)
