Order of Featured Galleries

I decided to place a few of my recent galleries in featured galleries to make them easier to find by friends and family.
However, I can't seem to find a place to reorder existing galleries without having to go to each gallery again when I add a new featured gallery. I would want the latest to be in the #1 position. When I do that, it automatically replaces what is already in the #1 position.
I expect that my featured galleries would change frequently, so having to go to each one each time to reorder is not something I really want to do.
Also, is there a way to increase the number of featured galleries?
