Not bad. The harsh shadow on the right side of the face is distracting. One other nit is you've cut the left side of her hair off, but left space at the top and the right.

Thanks for commenting du8die. This shot was actually not in a studio but sitting on top of my children's toy box near the back sliding door at sunset. I looked over and saw the light and asked her to sit for me. The light was very directional and I didn't have time to get a fill flash going to off-set the shadows.
Although I agree that the lighting is very harsh and a bit distracting.... her eyes are wicked cool. Is that her natural eye color? Or some funky contacts?

Hi Shima. That is actually her natural eye color. It is very cool indeed. I'm going to try some techniques to reduce the harsh lighting and see if I can bring it to it's fullest hopefully today.
