Hi You'll,

Just a few more pics from the latest Dgrin invasion of the St. Augustine rookery. I'm always amazed at the abuse the great egret parents take from their young at feeding time. Here's a few shots from a sequence I fired off.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Hey Stan,

Thanks for stopping by. My son is fine. He has just arrived in Kuwait where he'll hang out for a couple of weeks. I'm getting more phone calls from him now that he's in Kuwait than I did when he was in Georgia. :D

Teenagers, I agree. Little goslings are much easier to care for than birds just about to leave the nest. Great series Harry.

Those are great pictures, Harry, loved seeing the feeding going on. The "little" ones are growing up.

I thought it was the adult putting "her" head down a little one's throat. It gets bad when they are old enough that I can't tell the difference.
