Email question

Hello all,

I am not sure where to post this question.

But I want to change my email address to info@ bla bla bla example how would I do that? the only site I have is the smugmug site if I am not mistaken do you need to own the server or something?:scratch

No I want to change my personal email for example current email is elizabeth@gmail.com I would like it to be info@elizabethluna.smugmug.com can it be that? And how would I change it.

Hi Elizabeth ,

SmugMug accounts don't come with a personalized email address, I'm sorry to say. However you can update your email address at any time in your Control Panel > Settings tab.

Yah I was just reading it comes with the domain huh? which I don't own anyway thanks a ton!

If you purchase a domain, you will usually get an email address along with the domain. But that comes from the company you purchase the domain from, not smug. You must have at least a power account here since you are customizing your site, so you can use your own domain if you'd like - http://www.smugmug.com/help/power-custom-domain.

Domains are cheap - GoDaddy is showing new .com domains at $9.99 (annually).
