Is there a way to post histograms from my Nikon D300?
Nikon D4, 400 2.8 AF-I, 70-200mm 2.8 VR II, 24-70 2.8

screen capture the image of your histogram on your computer, cut it to size, and post that image?

I think he means he wants screenshots of what he sees directly on camera. Like this -
