Images not loading

Hi Folks,

I seem to be having an issue on my site - http://nowhereimages.smugmug.com/

Some visitors to the site are reporting that the images do not load. My brother in Australia sent me some screen shots of his browser (IE 7). Both the title page and gallery page only displayed the text, no photos. I have a Mac running Firefox and a PC running IE and Firefox and have no issues displaying images.

Can anyone help with these issues please? I have tried to search the forum for answers but the current technical problems cause it to time out.

Thanks in advance - Andrew

Your site is working fine, all supported browsers and platforms. Perhaps they have firewall, or other blocking of javascript or SmugMug? Can you get some more details?

Hi Andy, thanks for your reply.

I would agree that my site is working 98%, but there are some issues that I am trying to understand. Below are the screen shots from my brothers browser. As you can see the images have not loaded. Unfortunately, troubleshooting is a little problematic as he is in Australia and I am in Canada. headscratch.gif

When I saw this issue on a browser at a friends place, I changed the template style from "SmugMug" to "Traditional" and the images loaded for them. Do you know what the differences are in scripting between these two styles?

I certainly understand that you cant please all of the browsers all of the time, however, when I sent my link to a potential client and they replied that they could not see the photos, I decided I needed to look into it a bit more. Any advice or comments??

    Thanks again...Andrew
