Question on pricing

it says my print is too small to buy this item. Of course because they are only thumbnails. How do I not push the customer away of buying them because they are printable for larege sizes?

That message comes up if the photo as uploaded does not meet the minimum resolution requirements.

You need to upload photos that match the minimum resolution requirements for each item that you want to see. See http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality#minprintres.
