Here are a few more shots from my trip out to Joshua Tree NP. The first two shots from Keys View were taken in brutal cold. I so wasn't prepared for SoCal to be in the 20's with 40mph gusts up there, and was actually worried that I had gotten frostbite on my hands. Live and learn. Anyway, all comments and suggestion welcomed. Thanks for looking!

Those are some of the nicer photos I've seen from Keys View. If there's any warm weather it's usually junk sky up there.
    Anybody can do it.

Excellent set, really strong compositions on 2, 3, and 4, I keep going back between #2 and #3, I like all of them though. You definitely got some keepers even after the sun was up, and I like the funky B&W processing on them.

As for frostbite, 2 days ago I had my feet submerged in 25 degree water for about four hours straight floating down the Skagit river, and the toes on my right foot are still tingling 48 hours later. The things we do for photographs... it's worth it though.

Thanks for the comments folks. I would imagine in warmer weather there is a good amount of smog/haze blowing in from LA.

The tingling in my hands went away after about an hour. 48 hours and still tingling, geez, that's scary.

What really bugged me was I didn't have a kleenex and my wife kept taking my picture! rolleyes1.gif
