Major Newb Question

I am working in Photoshop Elements and when I am looking at tutorials, it tells me to go to filter - extraction tool. I do not see the tool.. however I do see it under image - magic extractor.. is this the same thing or am I not looking hard enough under filter:dunno ?? Thank you!

I think it's the full Photoshop that has the Extract tool. So, the magic extractor is probably what Elements has for this.
