    If I had to chose one it would be #4 as you can see more detail of the mountain and the reflection of the sky id very neat. But these are all good shots

    My friend told me that this was a nice HDR image (#1 in this series). I'm pretty sure it's not HDR and that started us discussing the merits/drawbacks to that typical HDR aesthetic.

    One thing I find compelling in these images is they benefit from the pros of typical HDR: good strong colors, nice visual range of usable detail (not too much clipping in shadows or highlights) but they're even better than that because there are still shadows and range to the images.

    My hat's off to you for creating these pictures with such awesome colors and with such attention to exposure!

    (and if these are HDR then my commendations for avoiding the pitfall of that generic surreal look that too many HRD images end up with).
