Facing the same. Sometimes the screen even goes white displaying the following message:

    Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Yesterday I updated Java on my Mac but the problem remains the same. Funny enough, the problem sometimes disappears but sure comes back after a few cicks. It becomes really annoying when you try to tweak things such as "rotate photos" etc. ne_nau.gif

We're so sorry to hear about your viewing issues. If you recently
updated MacOSX 10.5.6 and use Safari, we have noticed that there may be
problems such as you're experiencing. For now, we suggest using Firefox
instead as a temporary workaround. It appears that Apple may have broken
something in their latest update as these errors are new and random for
    the people that updated.

    You can get Firefox here:
    http://getfirefox.com

It's not only happening on SmugMug, but also on other sites. It's an
Apple issue that you can see here:

Let us know if that helps for the time being. Thank you for your
understanding and we apologize again for the temporary inconvenience.

Hey Ric, try clearing completely, your Firefox Cache, closing and reopening your browser. Won't hurt to clear SmugMug cookies, too. Holler if you need help with this.

    Thanks, Allen. :D

Flushing the cache did nothing...but the cookie thing did. This is the first time I ever had to do that...so...I guess I'm lucky.

Same problem here. Flushed the cache & cookies & no joy. It seems to only be the SmugMug (my preferred layout) and Slideshow that are suddenly borked. All the other styles work fine. SmugMug works fine in IE (and I presume Slideshow does as well). I've made no changes at all to the customizations for quite a while (last was updating bzt for the last breaking change).

I've discovered slideshow problems as well, although as I was typing this, I think I figured some of it out, maybe this will help some of you as well.

I'm running Windows Vista with FireFox 3.0.5 - I have a home page slide show (in the Bio box), which runs normally, but my "What's New" page http://moose135.smugmug.com/gallery/4841521_X23Dz shows up as blank with the slideshow controls. When I change gallery styles, I see the thumbs/photos. I am running AdBlock Plus - when I turn off ABP on the slideshow page, the show looks to be running properly.

I took a look at my site in IE 7.0 - the home page slide show appears as a blank outlined box. When I go to the "What's New" page, I get "Holy HTTP, Batman! You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view the show! Get it here!" with a link to Adobe.com. When I get to the Adobe page, I get a message saying "Adobe Flash Player is not supported for playback in a 64-bit browser. However, you can run Flash Player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system." When I used the 32-bit version of IE, both slide shows worked normally.

If you are running in these configurations and experiencing problems, you might want to take a look at them.

As I mentioned, FF (current version, 3.0.x) WinXP SP3. I have a number of addons, but have not changed any for quite some time. I'm not at that station at the momen, so I'll have to get an itemized list later.
