This is just a post to recommend Kinesis Camera and Lens bags. I own several of them and just ordered another of their large camera bags.
I pay full retail, and get no farkles from them, just great service and great quality.
Their system is a belt and backpack system, not typical "all your gear in a backpack".
Their webpage is cranky at times - did not work well with my Mac - but Richard answered the phone promptly, and had quick access to my previous orders, so we knew exactly what to order, as their listings are extensive and they will custom alter them if you ask politely!
They make the cases to own for folks who shoot and carry long glass > 200mm.
