I made it one of my goals for 2009 to participate in each of the challenges offered as a way to improve my photography. So, without further ado, any thoughts for improving this one? Many thanks in advance.

Its a nice action capture. The shoreline looks to have a slight tilt to the upper right. I would also try to recover the highlights in the pelican. I would also go for a tighter crop on the capture.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Thank you
Thanks so much to you both for the suggestions. I'll give that a go today (been out of town).
