Anyone getting transfer rates above 100k per second? I've done two now (from 2 completely separate locations) and both times the upload speeds were sloooooooow.

Both connections speed test at 10-20 times what I'm getting out of copyright.gov.

First time sent individual files. Second time sent a single large zip file.
