iPhone site only shows SmugMug main homepage options, not my galleries

Hello:

I'm a newcomer to this community, which has been great in helping out with customizing my site. This morning, I went to go show someone my site on my iPhone, but when I log in, I only see the options given on the main SmugMug homepage, but none of my galleries or categories. I have removed all custom CSS, headers, footers, and javascript from my page, and it still doesn't work.

Has anybody else come across this issue, or does anyone know what can be done to fix this? Any help is appreciated.

You've got SmugIsands privacy on, so it won't work :)

Thanks for the quick response! I thought that might be the case, so I had changed my smugislands setting to "Find me by name only", but it still doesn't work. Is there any way to make the iPhone site visible without showing up in Google's searches, and without changing my Hello Smuggers setting to "Yes - discover me"? Also, shouldn't these settings not matter if I am logged in on my phone anyway?

I'm confused. If you have SmugIslands privacy on (which should just remove you from search), then you can't go directly to your site URL (http://ericv.smugmug.com/iphone in the original poster's case) on an iPhone and see your galleries? Why would that be?

I was wrong on the Hello Smuggers setting.

Did you ever have a site password? If so, there's a bug and the iphone display won't work till we fix that bug for you. We've fixed this internally and we'll have that fix on the live site soon.

    Sorry for the confusion!

Yeah, I did have a site password when I first started setting up the site, but then I decided just to use the smugislands settings instead. So I guess I'll just change those back to what they were, and wait for that fix to go live. Thanks for all the help!
