My anniversary is at the end of November...no one can EVER go away at the end of November...so we took a trip to Savannah GA the first weekend in December. I love Savannah. Because I am a professional photographer, my wife gets a little bent out of shape when I go picture happy on vacation...so most of the pics are of the 2 of us. Tripods in tow are also frowned upon...so I improvise.

On Tybee, the locals were friendly.

and these locals too...

It seems like Savannah has some kind of festival or parade EVERY weekend.

We ate at the Lady & Son's (but only because we didn't have to wait)

quite a climb...but worth the view. It wasn't quite tropical...but it was nice enough that I didn't want to come home.

Beautiful series of shots of one of my favorite cities in the world! Although I live in Northwest Georgia, Savannah is my dream city. The architecture blows me away. I love the fountain shot, gorgeous. I know what you mean about vacations and spouses (my husband hates it when I have him pull the car over every two seconds). But it is sooooo worth it! Great job!

Nice shots...like your couple kissing image. I'vd been to Savannah a few times since my son moved there...the whole area is photogenic...lots of stuff to shoot, no matter what what your interest.
Remember, no one may want you to take pictures, but they all want to see them.
