I know I'm late to the party but just got my grubby mits on a D300
Have look if you care and see what is D2Hs and what is D300 :wow
Now no fair peaking till your finished making your choice :deal :D

    Excellent captures Ben. I still miss my D2H. Both cameras do a fine job but the D300 lets you crop a bit mire.

    That second shot is almost unreal with the amount of detail...fantastic!thumb.gif

    I wonder how much of a crop it is?

    I think I'll practice my tech on the D300 and send the D2 in for some

    Sorry Ric, I'm more artist then Scientist so I'd guess maybe 10%.
    The Hummer was close to begin with maybe 20'. I was using my 300 + 1.7
