Options

New Pro unable to customize

Hi guys, new Pro account WiderIsBetter, trying to customize my new
domain which I have run at Godaddy.com.

I'm trying to turn off the Smugmug header and Footer but it keeps
telling me there is a problem doing so. I do not have hide user
turned off and my 'appearance' is set to custom as instructed at #44
at:
http://widerisbetter.smugmug.<wbr>com/help/customize-faq

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Keeps telling me something doesnt work when I flip eithr of those two options to yes.
