Did this shoot last week, sharing them with everybody here on Digital Grin.

To me, it's a tossup, so I think I'll just leave it here.
Great series.

Last year alone I had at least two cases when I shot an asian girl in full confidence she's at least 18 (if not 21 or more) only to find out afterwards she's minor.
In one case the mother (who I thought was simply her agent; it was a multishoot on one of the OC mansions, agents are often present at those) tried to extort some money back from me , but luckily (for me) the shoot organizers took care of that.
The other case was totally friendly and I got the proper release in the mail as soon as I realized what happened and I asked for it.
Caveat emptor!
The moderator has spoken but I think this gets to a slightly related point.
These images seem like glamour shots to me -- not beauty shots or portraits. I'm not quite sure what a beauty portrait is
They're nicely done and I don't mean to take away from the quality.
But there is a distinct difference between glam, beauty shots, and portraits. Glam tends to be sexy (like these) with not a lot of effort to show the personality of the model (other than sexy looks). Beauty shots are what you typically see in cosmetic ads and skin care products and are almost always head and shoulder photos. Portraits are about the person you're photographing-- their personality and who they are.
I know, I know... a rose by any other name is still a rose. But if one person calls it a rose and the other person calls it a daisy, it can get confusing mighty fast. Just my two cents anyway. Which in this economy ain't worth much!

Sorry guys, I'm usually pretty soft spoken, but as a female, this girl doesn't even look old enough to drive...this definitely IMO belongs in the Go Figure forum, if not deleted all together! Not saying they're bad, but there's a fine line, you know what I'm saying?????Sorry, maybe that's just the mom in me
"Dance like no one is watching. Sing like no one is listening. Love like you've never been hurt and live like it's heaven on Earth." — Mark Twain
The photo's themselves are very nice technically. But...I thought I was going to be looking at a sweet child or something based on the title. This is not something I am enjoying seeing here on the people forum. Sorry....
Don't be sorry, just don't look.
Usually, your images are works of art, straight out of the box. but I don't see your usual work here. I think the lighting leaves much to be desired.
I do believe these belong perhaps in another forum, but not in go figure because they actually don't follow the basic guidelines of that forum either, which many are not following. SO they probably belong here. But with a Sensual overtone, or notice.
So many folks are not comfortable with sensuality. And that's okay.
Several of these poses are very very nicely done. I like them. But from seeing your other works, I think you could have done much better on lighting! I look forward to your posts!
cheers, tom
Let me take this opportunity to clarify a few points:
I would suggest to all to see photographs on an objective point of view. Don't just see that there were a lot of skin exposed then you rate it as NSFW or Go Figure or whatever you want to rate them. Be a little bit open on the approach and try accepting new things. This is how we improve ourselves.
Frankly, I don't see what the fuss is all about. I don't want to be rude here but if these images offended you in anyway, I apologize sincerely and please close the window and don't look at it and move on. By indicating yourself as a dad or mom here expressing your opinion on your perception of my images is not going to help me or anybody to improve on photography.
This is a photography forum and members have the right to post their works and share their pride with other members. Not all will see things as I see. If this offends you, please don't look at it and move on to other sub-forums in the site.
If I want to press further, I would like you to define to me, what is Go Figure and by what standards or best practices do you consider an image belonging to this category? But I don't want to do that because I would like to maintain the racial harmony in this forum, of which I see it as VERY IMPORTANT and encouragement for me to continue posting my works and share them with the community.
To end my wordings, I would like to thank all that has commented on my works (including previous ones). It sure gives me encouragement to continue striving to be better on every shoot and try to venture into different things and experiment and not always stick to old schools, rules and regulations.
Thank you.
Regards,
Zec

Perhaps using the word "glamour" instead of "portrait" would prevent surprised clicks? Remember, some folks are at work when they click and maybe need to be concerned about this.

Except these aren't beauty shots or portraits. They're glamour shots. If you want to be a professional photographer, you'll need to accept the industry terms and use them properly.

I know I was a little unsure if I should be looking at her as art or worrying someone might catch me looking at something inappropriate. knowing the model is over 21 makes it easer to look at the photos for what they are (art) well done
