Pricing for Commerical Use

I always struggle to find what I should charge for my work. I had someone today interested in an imagine for the use of advertising and was wondering what a good base price point would be for the following:

Brochures
Flyers
Web Site
Video

Again, just an "average" guideline would be nice. I really have no clue what to negotiate with.
