Question about domain name......

I currently have the normal grantwphoto.smugmug.com


If I were to use my domain name grantwphoto.com

Would I still have to pay for hosting for my current host? or do i just have to have ownership of the domain?

If you were only going to use the domain at Smugmug, then you just have to own the domain through a domain registrar - you do not need other hosting.
