Making a watermark etc.

Hi There,
I've been reading the How to tutorial on making a watermark, http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/1690196 and have made it, created a private gallery, and uploaded it. The part i'm stuck on is doing the this part --- Once it's uploaded, use photo tools (under the image) and select "make into watermark." Give it a name (e.g., watermark1) and save."
I canont for the life of me find make into watermark in the tools part.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a different tutorial or something?

Do you have a pro-level account? I believe that is the only level account that supports watermarking (via applying the watermark to the display copies of your image in smug).

If you do have a pro account, the watermarking is accessible from tools... (this photo) more... make into watermark.

Ok i'm feeling a bit blonde! I thought I had a pro account, but turns out I only have the Power account.
Is there anyway of doing that with the power account? Or should I just watermark them before I upload them (I'm only putting pics up to display, not selling them etc.)
