I came across this blog today. It's an attorney who works for photographers, and there seems to be some good info on the site.

And she is a contributing writer and forum moderator over at naturescapes.net, too.

I would swear that Angelo had her link up on the stickie here already.

Good on ya' David for bringing this up again. It's always good to have people become aware/reaware of this information.

Well, it was new to me, and it just goes to show that even the veterans on this board can forget to use the search!

There's a great piece of advice. It's given twice it's so good.

And the advice is to read the Terms Of Service before adding content to a site you may sign up for or contribute to.
