Arrange across pages

I have several galleries with thumbnails on more than one page. Is there a way to arrange across pages - ie move an image from one page to another?

Tools > Arrange > Arrange Photos should work, I think. But I'm new to this site too, so maybe not..?

You can also switch to the All Thumbs view (which puts all the thumbs on one page) and then you can drag/drop directly.
