Contract - Where to get carbonless forms made?

I've designed my contracts, model releases, etc in Word and would like to have carbonless forms made (tired of making copies and sometimes when location shooting coping is impossible). You know the kind they fill out and you then tear off the back copy to give them... anyone know where I can get these made? I thought Staples or Office Depo would but as far as I can tell you can only have their predesigned templates filled in and printed. I want my custom forms printed on the carbonless.

Thanks In Advance,

What I've done in the past was to print out my own custom form and have a local storefront printer do it. It was a simple matter for them - to photocopy the form onto regular and carbonless stock, and then bind the top (original) and bottom (carbon) forms together. Didn't cost too much, as I remember - under 35 cents per.

    Thanks In Advance,

I've had forms done at Kinkos. They can do it in a couple of hours pretty cheap.

Thanks David I'll check around to see if anyone nearby offers this. In the meantime I just found this link for a trail offer of carbonless paper you can self print on...

Anyone done this? The only advantage I see in self printing is if I change the contract in anyway, etc... at least I wouldn't be stuck with tons of useless forms :D Disadvantage of course would be having to do it and glueing them together somehow.

Thanks Karen... no Kinkos anywhere even remotely close to me. I checked their website and thought everything was their predefined templates... I'll double check to see if I can upload the files and get them printed & shipped.

Office Depot, Office Max, Staples or other office supply stores sell carbonless paper in smaller quantities. I'm not sure where you are, but check for an xpedx store. They sell small quantities of carbonless paper to the small printers. You can buy 2-, 3- and 4-part sets that will print on your ink jet or laser printer. A special adhesive is needed to bind the sets together. It sticks the coatings together but not the paper so the sets break apart nicely after it dries.

Buying a ream of carbonless paper and the adhesive to print your own is likely a better deal that having them printed.

    Good luck.

Heavens knows, it's good to know there are choices! I picked up Carbon paper and planned on using it as needed for copies of contracts that we do on-site. :P old skool!
