All,

I have some Radio Poppers JrX transmitter/receivers that will be delivered to me, hopefully soon.

I have asked that Sean Martin and I work together and test these new units and give you an assessment of this new product.

I am a new user to remotes and Sean has his existing Cactus triggers system that he can use for a comparison.

We will let you know when the units arrive and when we can test.

Any information on when they'll be available? I read 2nd week of Jan on their site.

    Very Interested in the Results
I have been following the release of these triggers quite diligently and I am very interested in your conclusion. Specifically max sync speeds. I understand that if you are using a JrX transmitter and a PX receiver on a nikon sb-800 using the variable power mode, the sync speed is 1/200 of a sec. I wonder what sort of sync speeds you could achieve with the JrX transmitter/receiver combo. 1/1000? 1/2000? The range is great, 1700ft. Very neat system.
