I have owned one of these for about a year now and use it more and more, both inside shooting and outside shooting. Today I made three more and I thought I may as well make a tutorial while I went along. I could have taken a few more photos of the in between steps but I think I have explained them all pretty well. For a few dollars of material and a couple of hours of your time you too can have one of these and start to experience the world of difference defused flash shots make. Feel free to write and ask if you have any questions. Have fun making this.:scratch

For me, the BBC is a better option as I tend to loose and/or give them away on gigs. BBC are nearly free, light weight, and pack flat. Perfect for my application.
