Well, after some research and some help from many of you guys on here, I tried a go at moon photography. I had rented the Bigma (Sigma 50-500mm) for my recent three week trip to Alaska. Here is what I got.

My question is, many people on here posted some photos they took of the moon a couple weeks ago when it was the biggest it has been in like 30 years or something and they got some light lines across the moon that were very bright. I was curious as to how this was achieved?
Thank you all for looking!

There seems to be a bit more contrast in yours, I'm guessing it has to do with the full moon and it being so large that night, which I think makes the lines a lot whiter. I tried uping the contrast on mine, but it just made the dark side of the moon (Pink Floyd Reference) start to take over the lit side.
