Reactivating Account?

Hi all,

Sorry for being a pest...but again, I've checked FAQs and such and can't find this...but perhaps I didn't look deep enough?

I'd like to use the nickname "tedology" for my smugmug account...but when I enter it, it says "already being used"...okay, I understand that. It's me. :)

But how do I go about re-claiming it? I've tried to log in with my old information (before I cancelled), and it said "User not found"... okay, so now I'm confused.

Do I still have an account, or don't I? :)

Any help is appreciated! :)
