Lovely double rainbow, and this must have been a great opportunity for sure. It looks a little warm, but if it was rainbow-ing and it was in the morning, I bet the light was pretty dramatic at the time to begin with.
I think maybe focusing more on the top of the mission and the rainbow, and leaving out a lot of the actual building and ground would make for a powerful composition. The architectural elements at the top pair very well with the natural phenomenon of the rainbow.

I think your right a detail shot of the cross and the rainbow would be nice. I've got to remember to put the longer lens on more often.
