Extremely crisp! I love skylines (who doesn't?) and the reflection is great.

Welcome to Dgrin and I hope you keep sharing fantastic views with us here thumb.gif

i think i like the first one better... the foreground in the second is a bit distracting... excellent captures of Seattle at night, though!

Very nice really like #1 the second image just has too many distractions that take away from the skyline

    Love it
I love the picture, it is very clear and I also like the plane. Usually I remove it but I agree with previous posters, it adds something interesting.
I wasn't sure, but it seems the Horizon isn't perfectly straight.
So I downloaded it and I guess it needs a ever so small correction.

Nice photo of a great location (that I haven't been at for a few months, I'm long overdue due for a visit, maybe tomorrow morning if the forecast is decent). Those reflections are fantastic.

Two minor things that might help in the future:

    1) Under-expose the night shot a little more. The standard metering mode on the camera will tend to over-expose night shots. You should still be able to get a long enough exposure to still the water and get those same reflections.

    2) You may wish to try a cooler temperature as well, generally night exposures look a little too warm by default (if you shot in RAW, you can easily convert this even after the photo is taken).

Looking forward to more shots from Seattle!

Couple comments-- try to shoot earlier (around dusk) and on a night when there are clouds in the sky. Those tips alone will improve these shots 100-percent. As it is, the sky is just blank and colorless and the overall image is too dark since you shot so late.

Compare to this shot of the Portland skyline (yeah, it's oversharpened but still illustrates my point):
