two SmugVault questions

1. I know back-up services like Carbonite and Backblaze encrypt data before it is uploaded. Does SmugVault do that too?

2. Also, do I understand correctly how videos work when I have SmugVault? If it's less than 2 minutes it will be in the gallery, viewable, but if it's longer it is only archived in the SmugVault and cannot be viewed?

Vids, > 2.5mins, if you are a power user.

The files are only retrievable by you, via your SmugMug account - not via s3 direct or any other means.
