When looking at photos on SmugMug I sometimes look at the Photo Info to see what settings were used, the shutter speed is listed in a very difficult to understand form, I was wondering if anyone knew why?
For example the Exposure time is listed as .0007s or 79999/100000000 on this image for example...what is that? Is that SM or the camera that sets the numbers?
Confusing:huh

1/100 = .01 seconds.
1/1000 = .001 seconds.
Make sense?
