Any way to fix the gallery default photo?

Right now my gallery photo flips and flops to random pictures in the gallery. I like that for most of my galleries, but I'd like to set the default picture to a specific photo on some galleries. Can I do that? I've looked around, but must have missed it.

Yes, you can specify a featured photo for a gallery. See http://www.smugmug.com/help/photo-website.
