How do I embed my gallery pics?

Any idea how to embed the code/HTML is to do this? To just add a gallery to a webpage or whatever, say an ebay auction where I want all my pics to end up looking like the above...

Second question, is there a way to host pictures without creating a gallery? Say I want to have just a default folder 'pics' and upload all kinds of stuff, does it have to be a gallery?
