OK, this is not new too me but I seem to struggle when I make any kind of change from my normal pricing structure.

the help says

"In general, products with blank fields (boxes) are available for purchase at SmugMug's default prices and are not tracked or listed in your sales reports."

I have blank fields in a gallery yet my default gallery pricing is being applied, why?

Do you have portfolio pricing set up? If you do, that will take precedence over any non-set prices at the gallery level. That is, if the gallery price for an item is blank but there is a portfolio price for that item, the portfolio price is used.

If you don't have portfolio pricing set then help from one of the real smug heroes will be needed!

Denise, thanks for the reply. Yes I have portfolio pricing set up. All I am trying to do is have a couple of galleries changed to print cost pricing for a family member. What do I need to do ?
