I need your opinions on this poster

I'm toying with different ideas to inform the parents about my website. I already hand out fliers twice a season, but need more to get the word out. I'm thinking of printing this in 20" x 30" Lustre and displaying at league registrations and on location at the events.
I'm hoping the photos speak for themselves, but what do you think? Is it too busy? Should there be more info given? Do I need parent permission to use their image on the poster?
Thanks in advance for your help.:thumb

I am by no means an expert, but once you cross into advertising, I think you'll need model releases...

That's a very nice layout, but since you're using the photographs of those young men to promote your website for commericial purposes - I agree with Tim, it would be wise to have model releases from each one of them.
